Track and Trace :
- Delivery tracking number will update to your account orders. Please use the SF Express tracking services to trace the parcel.
Insurance :
- We do not provide any insurance for all delivery orders (both local and overseas). Customer will responsible to the loss of delivery mistake.
Return / Exchange (Hong Kong only) :
- Only defective product / incorrect items is available to return and make the exchange. Please contact us via wtsapp (6602 2795) within 7 days after items received. (All items are not refundable)
